Ordering a custom creation from Nous’Aut 2 is simple. We are committed to making every order clear, reassuring, and enjoyable, from the first message to dispatch.

1. You choose your creation

Browse our collections and select the product that matches your desire or the occasion you wish to celebrate.

2. You tell us your personalization details

Depending on the product, you can provide us with a name, a date, text, a message, or other useful elements to personalize your creation.

3. We carefully prepare your project

We review your request and prepare the creation according to your instructions. For some projects, a preview can be sent before manufacturing to validate the result together.

4. We manufacture your order

Each piece is crafted with care in our workshop. We attach great importance to quality, engraving precision, and the final rendering.

5. We check your creation before dispatch

Before shipping, each order is carefully checked to ensure it matches your request.

6. We ship your order

Your creations are shipped in Belgium via Bpost. Delivery costs €8.99 and is free for purchases over €75.

Lead times

The usual lead time is about a week, depending on the project. For a simple text or image adaptation, it can often be faster.

If you can't find exactly what you're looking for in the shop, we can also consider a custom request.
