Can I customize every creation?

Most of our creations can be personalized with a name, a date, text, or a message, depending on the chosen product. If you have a specific request, you can also contact us to discuss what is possible.

Can I request a custom-made creation?

Yes, we also create custom-made items based on your project, occasion, and desires. If you don't find exactly what you're looking for in the shop, contact us to explain your idea.

Will I receive a preview before manufacturing?

For some projects, a visual can be prepared before manufacturing to validate the rendering together. This depends on the type of creation and the level of customization requested.

What is the manufacturing lead time?

The usual lead time is about one week, depending on the product and the requested customization. For a simple text or image adaptation, it can sometimes be faster.

How does delivery work?

We ship our creations in Belgium via Bpost. Delivery costs are €8.99, and delivery is free for purchases over €75.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized creations cannot be returned, except in case of defect. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch to guarantee product quality.

What materials do you use?

We work with wood, acrylic, glass, various metals, and other materials depending on the creations. We carefully select our materials to ensure a neat, durable finish suitable for the product's use.

Are your creations suitable as gifts?

Yes, our creations are designed to be given as gifts for a birth, a wedding, a communion, a birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or other important occasions.
